Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for a dressing room and a lavatory wherein external appearances of ceilings of the dressing room and the lavatory are excellent, and are finished inexpensively. SOLUTION: Ventilating means is provided in at least one room among a plurality of rooms, and heating means is provided in the rooms not provided with the ventilation means. There are further provided communication means for communicating the ventilation means and the heating means, and an exhaust duct for exhausting atmospheres in the plurality of the rooms from the ventilating means to the outside of a house. A suction grill for ventilation or an exclusive ventilating fan and a heating apparatus are integrated into one member, so that one ceiling opening may be formed instead of those in the ceilings of the dressing room and the lavatory, and one exhaust duct to the outside of the house may be provided. Hereby, the member cost and the construction cost are inexpensive, and an external appearance is improved.
