Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration and noise generated by bump contact between a valve and a valve plate of a compressor. SOLUTION: A suction valve allowing a refrigerant of low pressure to flow in; a valve plate having a suction port connected to the suction valve to allow the refrigerant of low pressure to flow in, a delivery port delivering the refrigerant of high pressure, and a groove formed with a plurality of cavities surrounding outside the suction or delivery port; a delivery valve connected to the valve plate to deliver the refrigerant of high pressure; and a head cover having a suction pipe connected to the delivery valve and a delivery pipe formed in a position corresponding to the delivery port of the valve plate; are provided. Vibration and noise having a frequency of broad band and amplitude generated by bump contact between the valve plate and the suction/delivery valve are reduced through the groove comprising the cavity. |
