Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nerve-stimulating electrode which can make a fine width of lines suitable for stimulating specified biological cells, can culture the biological cells for a long period without releasing the cells from a substrate in a culture liquid for a long period, can separately stimulate the specific cultured cells, and can record the electric signals of the specific cells, and to provide a cell culture device using the electrode. SOLUTION: The cell culture device is characterized by being equipped with a sample culture dish 10 having a porous polymer film 2 on which biological cells 1 can be put and from whose lower side a culture solution can be supplied, conductive polymer patterns 4 formed in contact with the porous polymer film, and electric signal lines 6 to whose one ends the conductive polymer patterns are connected and whose other ends are extended to outside, giving electric stimulations to the biological cells through the electric signal lines and the conductive polymer patterns, and recording the electric activities.
