SOLUTION: Heating vapor lines 214, 214A, after communicating with a high temperature regenerator 202, communicate with vapor drain regenerators 220 to 232. The vapor drain regenerators 220 to 232 are adapted such that a heat amount possessed by the foregoing heating vapor or vapor drain after heat is thrown into an absorption solution in the high temperature regenerator 202 is thrown into the absorption solution flowing through absorption solution lines 234 to 252 passing through any one of the high temperature regenerator 202, intermediate temperature regenerator 204, ands low temperature regenerator 206 after going out from an absorber 208.
