PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation change notice system which can give a notice to a user, when reservation statuses or reservation contents are changed. SOLUTION: The reservation change notice system has a reservation management center 101, which manages reservation states of trains, airplanes, hotels, parking lots, etc., and transmits reservation change information concerning changes of reservation statuses and reservation contents; a reception/monitor unit 103 which receives reservation change information; a reservation change information processing unit 105, which directs a message generating unit 109 to generate a message according to the contents of the reservation change information; and further, searches a mobile terminal DB 107, in which transmission destinations such as a telephone number, a mail address, etc., of a mobile terminal are stored referring to user identification information contained in the reservation change and reads out the transmission destination of the message; the message generating unit 109, which generates a message showing the changes in the reservation statuses or the reservation contents; and a message transmission unit 111, which transmits a message generated by the message generating unit 109 to a prescribed mobile terminal 115.
