PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a leak receiving gutter to the water leakage section of a tunnel while securing a water stop. SOLUTION: A leaked water receiving gutter device is provided with a leaked water receiving gutter 6 receiving the leaked water from a water leakage section 5 on the wall face 3 of the tunnel, fixed tubular bodies 7 and 7 provided on both sides of it and fixed to the wall face 3, and fixed members 31 inserted into the fixed tubular bodies 7. Each fixed tubular body 7 has a hollow shape, an elastic water stop member 17 is provided on its back plate 12, and an opening 19 is provided on a surface plate 11. The bottomed cylindrical fixed member 31 is stored in a recess 30 where the opening 19 is provided. A nut 43 is screwed and fastened to the screw shaft 41 of an anchor bolt penetrating the water stop member 17, the backing plate 12, and the fixed piece 32 of the fixed member. When the nut 43 is fastened, the fixed piece 32 is pressed to the backing plate 12, and a pressing piece 35 is pressed to the surface plate 11 respectively. The fixing force generated when the nut is fastened is applied to both the surface plate 11 and the backing plate 12 of the fixed tubular body 7, and the fixed tubular body 7 can be firmly and stably fixed to the wall face 3.
