Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread spectrum cell communication system and method that can change a degree of concentration of communication channels in response to a change in the distribution of users in the system and adjust the size of a specific user sector corresponding to a communication channel request in the sector. SOLUTION: This invention provides a method of a wireless communication system having antennas which are respectively directed to one of coverage areas in one viewpoint. This method includes steps where a 1st modulation signal is sent through a 1st antenna among the antennas, the 1st modulation information signal is fed to a phase delay element, where the phase of the 1st modulation information signal is delayed to obtain the 1st modulation information signal whose phase is delayed, and the 1st modulation information signal whose phase is delayed is transmitted through a 2nd antenna among the antennas.
