Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for controlling the current in an energization-pressing and sintering device capable of preventing hunting and overshoot of the current during the temperature rise, uniforming the crystalline structure inside a sintered body and suppressing variance of the quality of a product. SOLUTION: A current control device 90 in this energization-pressing and sintering device in which a sintering die containing powder to be sintered is energized while applying the pressure, and the sintering die is heated by the energization to sinter the powder comprises a temperature sensor 91 for detecting the temperature of the sintering die containing the powder, and a current control unit 92 for controlling the energizing current I to be supplied to the sintering die according to the detected temperature T detected by the temperature sensor 91. The current supplied during the temperature rise is set to be a predetermined value, and the current is controlled by PID control based on the detected temperature T after the temperature rise. |
