Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separator a copper wire, a PP resin and a PS resin without preliminarily disassembling parts using the copper wire by a specific gravity sorter from crushed matters of electric appliances and after iron is recovered. SOLUTION: The bottom part of a water specific gravity sorting tank 13, which has a first tank 14 and a second tank 16 successively provided from the side of a wind power sorter 9 to which a raw material is supplied, is formed into an almost inverted cone-shaped first bottom part 14a and a second bottom part 16a, and a screw conveyor 15 is arranged to the first bottom part 14a to recover non-ferrous high specific gravity matter such as a copper wire, aluminum small pieces or the like. A solid-liquid separator 18a is provided so as to communicate with a communication pipe 17 for discharging sorting water and medium specific gravity matter such as a resin or the like sedimented in sorting water from the second bottom part 16a to separate sorting water and the medium specific gravity matter. A solid-liquid separator 18b is provided to the terminal part of the second tank 16 to recover lightweight matter floating in the sorting water and at least the sorting water discharged from the second bottom part 16a is circulated to the upstream side of the wind power sorter 9 by a circulating pump 20.
