Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag in which an outer member can be easily separated from an inner member. SOLUTION: An outer bag body 10 is formed of paper, and has an inlet/outlet part. An inner bag body 30 is formed of synthetic resin, and has a bumping function, and has an inlet/outlet part substantially corresponding to the inlet/ outlet part of the outer bag body 10. The inner bag body 30 is adhered to the outer bag body 10 only in the vicinity of the inlet/outlet part of the inner bag body 30.
