Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten workhours required for bundling work. SOLUTION: A self-propelled machine 10 which travels and moves on a suspension wire smoothly, and hanger rollers 1 are used. The self-propelled machine 10 is fitted to the suspension line 100 on the side of one utility pole PA of a span. In the rear of the self-propelled machine 10, a plurality of hanger rollers 1 are arranged in order along the suspension wire 100, and each hanger roller 1 is put on the suspension wire 100 and fitted. With connecting ropes 62, the hanger roller 1 and hanger rollers 1 before and behind the hanger roller 1 are connected mutually, and a hanger roller 1 in the head and the self-propelled machine 10 are connected. Following this, a guide rope 101 is passed through a hanger portion 4 of each hanger roller 1. By causing the self-propelled machine 10 to travel toward the other utility pole PB in the span, with the tip of this guide rope 101 connected to the self-propelled machine 10, the hanger rollers 1...1 are fitted in the span, and the guide rope 101 is drawn without using a bucket car (or long ladder) in the span.
