Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress generating of noise by a device assembled with a motor for driving a blower fan. SOLUTION: A reinforcing ring 22, consisting of a circular ring part 23 and a cylinder part 24, is fixed by press fitting to a part in partly the internal peripheral surface of a case main unit 1 to be deviated slightly to the rear end side form a part fixing each stators 2, 2. This problem is solved by making difficult the deformation of the part in partly the case main unit 1 by fixing the each stator 2, 2.
