Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where the same simultaneous incoming message is received once again after the simultaneous incoming speech is ended, since the announcement message of simultaneous incoming is transmitted for a fixed period. SOLUTION: A master station 10 transmits an announcement message, to notify simultaneous incoming to a slave station 20. An identification number for identifying certain simultaneous incoming message from the other simultaneous incoming message is attached to the announcement massage. The slave station 20 limits the re-receiving of the already received simultaneous incoming message, based on the identifications number in the announcement message. When the identification number in the announcement massage received in the past matches with the newly obtained identification number, the ringing of the slave station 20 will not be made.
