Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system and a method for controlling the speed of a plurality of fans for cooling a plurality of fluids in a working machine. SOLUTION: Speed of respective fans 10, 12 are controlled according to an individual heat dissipating demand of heat transmitting cores 16, 18, 20 cooled by each fan, and a control system includes a plurality of sensors for outputting signals for showing the temperature of each fluid, and an electronic controller connected to a plurality of sensors. On the basis of those temperature signals, an ECM, decides on the temperature error corresponding to each fluid. A signal, showing fan speed which is desired for each fan on the basis of at least some comparisons in temperature error signals as decided by signals of a plurality of sensors, is outputted to a plurality of fans for controlling speed in a plurality of fans by the controller.
