Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a color irregularity due to distribution of discharged quantities among individual nozzles, in a manufacturing method of a color filter using an inkjet head provided with plural nozzles. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, the number of ink drops discharged to the one part to be colored is controlled by adjusting the pitch of the discharge so as to maintain the discharged quantity per nozzle at a time in the range corresponding to <=10% of the ink quantity discharged to the one part to be colored.
