PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to prevent buckling of hot water piping. SOLUTION: A hot water heating device comprises a heat source machine 1; a radiator 4 to effect heat-exchange with hot water supplied from the heat source machine 1 and supply hot air; hot water piping to interconnect the heat source machine 1 and the radiator 4, and circulate hot water and consist of hot water hoses 4a and 4b and a signal line 4c to perform transmission of a signal; a hot water receptacle 2 removably situated in the middle of the hot water piping; and a hot water plug 6. A buckling preventing member 10 with elasticity situated at the ends of hot water hoses 4a and 4b, connected to the radiator 4 in a manner to cover the outer peripheries of the hot water hoses 4a and 4b, is mounted on the hot water piping on the indoor side connected to the hot water plug 6.
