Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve roughness of inner surfaces of a narrow vane mounting groove provided in a rotary compressor cylinder by processing the surfaces. SOLUTION: This invention is related to a method and a device for super finishing process of inner surfaces of a vane mounting groove 64 provided in a rotary compressor cylinder 60. A grinding wheel board is used wherein abrasive grains 59 are adhered on a thin base board 58 having a smaller thickness than the width of the vane mounting groove 64 and having a larger front-rear length than that of the vane mounting groove 64. At least both ends in front-rear direction are supported by a thick support part and abrasive grains 59 are brought into contact with the inner surfaces of the vane mounting groove 64 while slightly vibrating the grinding wheel board into grally with the support parts 24 in a state of abrasive grains 59 contacted on the inner surfaces of the vane mounting groove 64. |
