Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount an electronic part efficiently through a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: Mounting heads 26, 27 being driven in the longitudinal direction of a beam 28 by means of a linear motor 30 are provided, respectively, with a rotatable nozzle holder 35 having four eccentric attracting nozzles 34. Y direction of an electronic part being attracted by each attracting nozzle 34 is corrected through rotation of the nozzle holder 35 and X direction thereof, i.e., the longitudinal direction of the beam 28, is corrected by moving the mounting heads 26, 27 individually before the electronic part is mounted on a board 7. Angular correction is carried out by spinning the nozzle 34. |
