PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an attachment work and to obtain excellent appearance by previously and integrally incorporating an operation switch such as a remote control switch or an emergency call switch. SOLUTION: A handrail with the operation switch is provided with a vertical grip bar 10 extending in a longitudinal direction and a nearly rectangular armrest shelf 11 extending in a horizontal direction and is attached on a wall surface 13 in a bathroom, which is positioned at the side part of the toilet bowl, for example. The armrest shelf 11 is formed to be a hollow and nearly rectangular solid by vertical lid materials. The remote controller unit 21 for operating a water closet provided with a cleaning seat device using a warm water showering system, which is disposed on the toilet bowl, and the emergency call switch 22 for announcing that an abnormality occurs in a human body are integrally incorporated. Therefore, the both of the handrail and the operation switch are attached onto the inner wall surface 13 only by fitting the handrail, and then, the attachment work is easily executed. Besides, they are integrally attached so that excellent appearance is obtained with a unified feeling.
