Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a new type alcoholic beverage that has desirable flavors, retains the qualities, particularly retention of freshness, accordant acidity and mellowness, or to prepare another new type alcoholic beverage having new type qualities that never have been observed in conventional beverage and can meet the diversification of uses by using a juice that causes a merit of juice itself and reducing only the activity of the beverage. SOLUTION: This is an alcoholic beverage including a juice and has a component composition of >=0.1 w/v% of organic acids (calculated as citric acid) and 1-10 v/v% of alcohol concentration with a pH of 3.0-4.5. In addition, the beverage includes carbonic acid in an amount of 1.3-3.5 gas volume. |
