Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily execute the storage/verification of data loaded from an external device at the activation of a program by software processing any time required during the operation of the program and to easily specify a troubled position therefore. SOLUTION: The processor 100 stores a check sum operation program for data from an optional memory space in an instruction memory part 101, and when the program is activated, an initial loading control circuit 103 loads data from an external device to the memory part 101, a check sum operation circuit 107 executes the check sum operation of the data loaded and stored in the memory part 101 in accordance with the check sum operation program and an operation part 104 detects a trouble in the stored data from the operation result.
