Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain sufficient resistance voltage through application for example to a portable telephone to moreover response to application of a primary power source of inverse polarity in regard to the power supply circuit and battery device. SOLUTION: When an irregular event is detected with a protection circuit 23 during the charge of a battery 5, this protection circuit 23 simultaneously stops the supply of power supply voltage for charge to the battery 5. Connection of the hot side line or cold side line of the charge circuit 22 for the hot side line or cold side line of the primary power supply 3 is cut off. |
