Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent polyamide film showing excellent dimensional stability even by hot water treatment, suitable as a base film for a deposited film having gas barrier properties, also excellent in resistance to pinhole from flexing as a characteristic of polyamide film. SOLUTION: This polyamide film is obtained by formulating a polyamide resin (A) composed of a xylylenediamine component and a 4-12C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid component with an aliphatic polyamide resin (B) and a polyamide elastomer in a fixed ratio. The transamidation ratio of the polyamide resin (A) and the polyamide resin (B) is <=4.5%.
