Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform postprocessing without hindrance in the case where a discharge tray comes to a state of full load at the point midway in an image forming process. SOLUTION: In the case where sheets are in a state of full load on an upper sheet discharge tray 113, they are set to be switched to another vacant rear sheet discharge tray 128, and in this case, when the sheets are so detected as being a state of full load on the upper sheet discharge tray 113 by an upper sheet overload sensor, page order in the sheet to be discharged whereby they are discharged to the rear sheet discharge tray 128 in order to reverse two sides of image information of the individual sheets.
