Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make diagnosis and treatment procedure efficient by associating data stored in an electronic clinical recording storing means with data stored in an examination data storing means and making them displayable on a displaying means. SOLUTION: Stored data 1a in an electronic clinical recording server includes diagnosis information A, examination request information B, examination report notification D and examination report notification G. These respective pieces of information are associated with each other by an identification number proper to a patient of the identification number of a clinical recording, and reference can be made from a certain piece of information to another piece of information by means of the identification number. Data of stored data 2a and 3a in the examination server are also associated with each other by an identification number, and reference can be made from a certain piece of information to another piece of information. Thus, a clinical doctor uses a clinical terminal, refers to the diagnosis information, examination request information, etc., of a specific patient from the stored data of the electronic clinical recording server and further refers to the data of each examination form the examination server.
