Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chromatography device for shortening a time until the stabilization of a flow rate, and for realizing stable and satisfactory separation, and the pressurization and liquid transmission method. SOLUTION: A pressure tank 1 in which a sample is housed and pressure tanks 2 and 3 in which solvent such as absorbing solvent and eluting solvent are preliminarily pressurized by a gas pressurizing means 4. A flow rate adjusting valve 6 and a flow rate detector 5 are arranged on the outflow path of each pressure tank 1-3, and the flow rate adjusting valve 6 is adjusted by an arithmetic unit 7 so that the flow rate can be turned into a set value. The outflow path of each pressure tank 1-3 is combined into one combined path 13 by three-way valves 9 and 12, and connected with a column 14 for separation. |
