PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always make a shutter curtain come in and out of a guide rail from the right above and to provide calm and smooth opening and shutting action on the shutter curtain. SOLUTION: A shaft 19 whose rotation is restrained is borne on a bracket in a state capable of being displaced in the horizontal direction, a wheel 22 having a shutter curtain winding section 23 and a screw section 25 is provided to the shaft 19 in a rotatable manner, a nut 27 is screwed in the screw section 25, the nut 27 and bracket are connected to each other with an oscillation link 29, the shaft 19 or the like is moved in the neighboring direction of the guide rail with the reduction of the number of windings of the shutter curtain, inversely, the shaft 19 or the like is moved in the alienated direction of the guide rail with the increase of the number of windings of the shutter curtain, and the shutter curtain always enters the guide rail from the right above.
