Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method for a new woody panel on the precondition that a factory-produced panel is used while the case when sufficient joint strength is required between the panels in case of an earthquake and wind load such as the multistoried building of an office or the like is employed as an object. SOLUTION: A shear transmission steel plate 1 is annexed onto the joint surfaces of the main frames 7 of woody panels 6 joined with the opposite side by bolts, and a proper number of shear keys 4 inserted into the shear-key receiving holes 5 of the opposite side are disposed to the external surface of the shear transmission steel plate 1. A proper number of the shear-key receiving holes 5, into which the shear keys 4 on the opposite side are inserted, are arranged, and shear-key connection is executed with bolted connection.
