Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of rust in a corporation cock or in a saddle body by a simple structure using no consumable electrode so as to eliminate contamination of divided water by arranging an insulator between a flange of the corporation cock and an abutting part on a saddle side and between a fastening tool fixing them and the saddle side and/or the corporation cock side. SOLUTION: The whole of a fastening tool 6 is formed of stainless steel, for example, while a through hole 19 for a bolt 16 is bored in a flange 5, and a housing hole 20 for a bolt head part 16a is recessed in a saddle 7. A clearance part between the bolt 16 and the housing hole 20 is filled with an insulator 21. The insulator 21 is made of thermoplastic resin, for example, and the bolt head part 16a is fixed to the saddle 7 side when thermoplastic resin for the insulator 21 is cooled to be cured, so that the bolt 16 is insulated from the flange 5 and the saddle 7. Under this condition, a nut 17 is screwed to the bolt 16 via a washer 18, so that the flange 5 is fixed to the saddle. In this way, the corporation cock side is completely insulated from the saddle body side, and rust can be prevented.
