Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an analyzer in which an analysis measured value of an immuno-assay item is not affected by a carry over between samples even if a pipette nozzle repeatedly used for collecting the samples for biochemical analysis item is used. SOLUTION: A sample collection to an analysis unit 200 for analyzing a biochemical analysis item is carried out by a dispensation device 202 using a pipette nozzle repeatedly used and a sample collection to an analysis unit 100 for analyzing an immuno-assay item is carried out by a dispensation device 102 using a disposable nozzle tip. A sample container having a sample in which both biochemical analysis item and immuno-assay item should be analyzed is transferred such that a sample is firstly collected from the nozzle tip and then, the sample is collected from the pipette nozzle. |
