Summary:Provided is an apparatus for forming dish-shaped sequin connections by transporting plain plate type sequin connections to a press part having a punch and a reception part prepared with the dish-shaped sequin pattern to simply form the dish-shaped sequin connection without large expense therefor. The apparatus comprises a reel supporting part at let-off side(2) to support the reel wound by a plain plate type sequin connection; a let-off part for transporting the plain plate type sequin connection from the reel supported by the reel supporting part at the let-off side; a press part(3) for forming dish-shaped and curved area in respective sequins of the transported plain plate type sequin connection; and a reel supporting part at winding side(4) to wind the formed dish-shaped sequin connection prepared by the press part.
