Summary: | A method is presented for disconnecting a wireless time-division duplex communication link between two nodes. A first node transmits during time slots allocated to the first node and the second node transmits during separate time slots allocated to the second node. The first node transmits at differing respective frequency bands during its time slots. The method includes: sub-dividing a time slot allocated to the first node into consecutive time intervals; and transmitting respective disconnect signals during the time intervals. Each of the disconnect signals is transmitted on a frequency band used by the first node. The disconnect signals are transmitted on different frequency bands during at least two of the time intervals. |
