Abstract A system for providing breathing assistance for providing respiratory therapy to a patient comprising: a patient and device management platform; a breathing assistance apparatus 10; a user I/O interface 14 configured to display a health enquiry comprising one or more user queries relating to one or more health parameters, wherein each query comprises a plurality of user input elements; wherein answers are transmitted to the patient and device management platform; and wherein based on answers to one or more queries the platform is configured to generate a report for a healthcare provider, the report comprising: a) a deterioration overview based on one or more health parameters of at least one patient, and showing the number of patients with certain one or more health parameters being above an associated threshold; or b) a plot based on a plurality of answers to a plurality of queries of the health enquiry against time; or c) an efficacy overview displaying various patient parameters and group patients based on a threshold; or d) any combination of a)-c). The system intends to provide information from a patient to a healthcare provider to help in the management of the patient's health and treatment.
