A display apparatus comprises: a display module 100 which includes a display panel 110 and is configured to display an image; a rear cover 300 on a rear surface of the display module; first 400 and second 500 vibration generating modules in first MA and second EA regions of the rear cover; the rear cover comprises first 313 and second 315 holes that overlap the respective first and second vibration generating modules. The display module may further include backlight unit 130 supported by the rear cover on the rear surface of the display panel. The backlight unit may include a reflective sheet (133, Fig.12) on the rear cover, a light guide plate (131, Fig,12) on the reflective sheet, and an optical sheet (135, Fig.15) on the light guide plate. The reflective sheet may be configured to cover the first and second holes. There may be an air gap between the reflective sheet and the light guide plate. The rear cover may comprise first and second gaps between the respective first and second vibration geniting modules and the display module.
