Summary:The invention is a cord composed of a number of flexible yarns, threads, strands, filaments or the like that are of transparent or translucent material (nylon and polyethylene terephthalate are quoted as alternative examples), and which are embedded in a flexible transparent or translucent composition (polyurethane; polyamide, and epoxide resin are quoted as being suitable), and the refractive index of which is within 5% of the refractive index of the yarns, threads, strands, filaments or the like.
