Réducteur (3) pour groupe motopropulseur de véhicule électrique ou hybride, comprenant : - au moins une roue (2) mobile en rotation autour d'un axe (X) et apte à transmettre le couple généré par un moteur électrique (101), cette roue comprenant une pluralité de dents (4) s'étendant chacune axialement le long de tout ou partie de la roue (2) en oblique par rapport à l'axe de rotation (X), et - un dispositif d'amortissement pendulaire (5) associé à cette roue (2), ayant un support (6) solidaire en rotation de la roue (2) et au moins un corps pendulaire (7) dont le déplacement par rapport au support (6) est guidé par au moins une piste de roulement, cette piste de roulement étant configurée pour guider le déplacement du corps pendulaire (7) par rapport au support (6) exclusivement selon une direction non perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (X) de la roue (2).
