Abstract | The substrate has a mixed layer provided between a glass substrate and a transparent electro-conductive layer, where the mixed layer contains nitrides or oxinitride, or oxides or oxicarbide having good glass adhesion properties, and other nitrides or oxinitride, or oxides or oxicarbide capable of forming a transparent electro-conductive layer at a doped state. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a glass transparent substrate.
