The seat has a backrest (14) and base (12) respectively rotating on a support (22) and holding unit (24). An angle unit (30) is connected to the base and a strut connector (20) on the support, such that base and support are simultaneously rotated along vehicle movement direction and opposite direction of vehicle movement, respectively. The base and backrest rotates in the movement direction to fold the base on a body to form a floor.
