Abstract | The circuit has a storage inductor (8) with ends coupled to a reference potential (9) and a network terminal, respectively. A storage capacitor (4) is coupled at an output side of the circuit. Another storage capacitor upstream of the inductor is coupled to the potential through an interruption unit. Another interruption unit is in series with the capacitor (4). A circuit input is timed by a switch over the later capacitor. An independent claim is also included for a process of operating a converter circuit.
