La (3-hydroxy-4-méthoxy-benzyl)-7-méthylène-1-vinyl-2,3,3a,4,7,7a-hexahydro-indène-4-one de formule: (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) ses formes stéréoisomères, un procédé d'obtention à partir de la plante Ottelia alismoïdes et les compositions pharmaceutiques qui la contiennent. La nouvelle substance de formule (1) présente des propriétés antitumorales et antileucémiques remarquables.
