Either a+b+c+d+2 : 20-210 preferably 40-60; or a : 15-205, preferably 35-45; b : 1-12, preferably 2-6; c : 1-12, preferably 2-6; and d : 1-12, preferably 2-6; R : aliphatic or aromatic 1-10C hydrocarbyl, preferably CH 3; R4 : R, R1, R2, or R3; R1-R3 : polyether moiety of formula (II); e : 3-11, preferably 3; f : 6-30, preferably 10-30; g : 0-15, preferably 0-10; h, i : 0-5; and R5 : CH 3, acetyl or H.
