The method is based on the measurement of the intensity of vibration in a nearby zone foreseen to be the rail transportation system, and from a distant zone, yet to be evaluated, being susceptible to the vibration. In said distant zone, a measurement is taken during the passage of vehicles and in the absence of vehicular transit, in order to obtain the comparison from the intensity of vibration measurement, the vibration transference function being from the train crossing zone to said distant zone. The method comprises creating in the testing zone for the rail transport, random vibrations with an analog frequency derived from the vibrations produced by the circulation of the rail transport; and the magnitude of said vibrations being controlled to ensure that the vibrations produced are detected in said distant zone.
