Abstract | It consists in modifying the current traffic light and vehicles in order to do away with the dead periods which exist between the appearance of the green light and the starting-up of each vehicle at the exit from the traffic light. The traffic light will give us a first signal before it turns green, in which the red light 1 flashes (Fig. 1) and, in a second and last signal, the red light 1 and the amber 2 will flash (Fig. 2), at which time drivers will set their vehicles at start-up speed and this action will light up a further green light 4 installed in the rear part of the vehicles (Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3) which will be the countersignal that the vehicles are ready to move off simultaneously when the traffic light turns to green (Fig. 3), thereby eliminating the dead periods which occur with vehicles starting up at different instants and increasing the passage of vehicles during the same time interval.
Nueva coordinación de semáforo y vehículos. Consiste en modificar el actual semáforo y los vehículos para evitar los tiempos muertos que hay entre arranque y arranque de cada vehículo a la salida del semáforo. El semáforo nos dará un primer aviso antes de ponerse en verde, en el que la luz roja (1) se pone intermitente, figura 1, y en un segundo y último aviso que se pondrá la luz roja (1) y la luz ámbar (2) intermitentes, figura 2, en ese momento los conductores meterán la velocidad de arranque de sus vehículos y esta acción encenderá una nueva luz verde (4) instalada en la parte posterior de los vehículos, figura 1, figura 2 y figura 3, que será la contraseña de que los vehículos están preparados para arrancar simultáneamente cuando el semáforo se ponga en verde, figura 3, anulando así los tiempos muertos de los arranques entre vehículos y elevando el paso de vehículos en el mismo espacio de tiempo. |
