Abstract | A lateral flow device for detecting an analyte in a sample, the device comprising: a sample region; a conjugate region comprising: a detection agent that binds an analyte; a hybridization initiator coupled to the detection agent; a plurality of nucleic acid probes, wherein the plurality of nucleic acid probes comprises a first nucleic acid probe and a second nucleic acid probe, and a third nucleic acid probe; wherein the first nucleic acid probe hybridizes to a portion of the hybridization initiator and a portion of the second nucleic acid probe; wherein the second nucleic acid probe hybridizes to a portion of the first nucleic acid probe and a portion of the third nucleic acid probe; and wherein the third nucleic acid probe hybridizes to a portion of the second nucleic acid probe; and a detection region comprising: a capture agent immobilized on the detection region. |
