Abstract [Problem] To provide a digital data encrypting method with which data concealment is enhanced.[Solution] A data encrypting method using an encrypting apparatus, the method including a first partial data input step in which first partial data that is a portion of data is inputted to the encrypting apparatus, a first encryption step in which the first partial data is encrypted and first encrypted data is obtained, a first partial data erasure step in which the first partial data is erased from the encrypting apparatus, a second partial data input step in which second partial data that is partial data of the aforementioned data other than the first partial data is inputted to the encrypting apparatus, and a second encryption step in which the second partial data is encrypted and second encrypted data is obtained.
