Abstract A green body part (360) comprises a first green portion (340a), a second green portion (340b), an interfacial joint (362) between the first green portion (340a) and the second green portion (340b), and a joint material (350) disposed within the interfacial joint (362). The joint material (350) comprises a powder having a particle size distribution than or equal to 1 µm and less than or equal to 50 µm. A method of manufacturing a joined part (360) includes applying a joint material (350) on a face (352) of the first green portion (340a) and contacting the second green portion (340b) to the joint material (350) on the face (352) of the first green portion (340a) to form a joined green body part (360).
