Abstract An air conditioning rotating body (30) has a rotor (10) in a cylindrical shape, the rotor (10) being housed in a casing (50) so as to be freely rotatable, and the air conditioning rotating body (30) is configured to treat air passing through the rotor (10) in an axial direction. The casing (50) includes a seal member (51) extending in a radial direction of the rotor (10) and separating air passages. An end face of the rotor (10) in the axial direction is provided with at least one spoke (25) in contact with the seal member (51). A contact point of the seal member (51) with the spoke (25) moves in the radial direction of the rotor (10) as the rotor (10) rotates.
