Abstract | Provided herein are methods of using certain biomarkers, such as gene sets (e.g., a leukemic stem cell (LSC) signature), in predicting and monitoring clinical sensitivity and therapeutic response to certain compounds in patients having various diseases and disorders, such as cancer (e.g, lymphoma, multiple myeloma (MM), and leukemia, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML)).
