Summary: | The present disclosure provides a method, apparatus, OLT and ONU for multi-domain transmission of time synchronization, wherein the optical line terminal supports multiple domains, the method comprises: obtaining absolute ToD information corresponding to the multiple domains according to the phase information of each domain in the multiple domains, wherein the absolute ToD information comprises a value pair distributed for each domain, and the value pair distributed for each domain comprises a superframe sequence number corresponding to the domain and a timestamp of the superframe sequence number; generating at least one PLOAM message according to the absolute ToD information and based on the extended PLOAM message format, and broadcasting the at least one PLOAM message to optical network units. According to the solution of the present disclosure, multi-frequency and ToD domain transmission can be realized in the passive optical network, and wholesale distribution can be realized. |
