Moreover, a multi-layer modified fabric having a surface thereof coated with a medium composition and a production method thereof are provided. The modified fabric is applicable to the fields such as cosmetics, daily necessities, medicines, and medical apparatus. The modified fabric also has no additives, carries a long shelf life, has stable and undamaged functional ingredients, a low production cost, and wide market adaptability.
